Homemade Trail Mix -- Brain Food!

Memory loss? Feeling dull and not quite with it? Forget about playing those confusing "brain games" or taking pill after pill. Instead make up a batch of this yummy trail mix to boost brain function!
 

1 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup carob chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (salted or un-salted)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (salted or un-salted)


Mix all ingredients together and store in a zipper bag or air tight container. Reach for this snack instead of potato chips or sweets and you will wake up your brain!
